What you need for the admission procedures
*Essential items to bring
Patient registration card, health insurance card and medical certificate,
seal stamp, admission application form, eligibility certificate for ceiling amount application (for those applying for high cost medial treatment)

People who have claimed or wish to claim medical welfare (public subsidies for medical and surgical care for disabled children under 18 (Ryoiku Iryo), for disabled persons aged 18 and over (Kosei Iryo), premature infants (Ikusei Iryo), etc.), or worker's compensation are requested to inform staff of this during the admission procedures. Also, people being admitted to hospital following a traffic accident related injury are asked to inform staff of this.
Should any details on your health insurance card change during your inpatient stay, or if you lose eligibility, ensure you inform the Admissions Reception on the first floor of the matter.

Restrictions on visits to hospital wards
In order to prevent infection by the new strain of coronavirus, visits to inpatients have been prohibited in principle since March 30, 2020 (Mon.), but will be changed as follows effective May 8, 2023 (Mon.).
In order to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus and to ensure security in the hospital wards, visits to the hospital wards to receive visitors and packages will be restricted as follows.
