Pay in full first and get reimbursement later, or pay just the fixed fee if it requires,.

Attention U.S. Medicare beneficiaries : Medicare does not cover medical expenses overseas.

Either one of the following 2

1.Kokumin Kenkou Hoken ("Kokuho"):Municipal NHI, issued by the local government

2.Shakai Hoken ("Shaho"):Employee's NHI, issued by the individual companies or corporations which employee belongs to.

Please pay the fixed fee and other extra expenses if it requires.

No Insurance

Please pay in full, and be sure to keep a receipt. Sometimes it is good for tax redemption or/and reimbursement.

Hospital Pharmacy

Please collect your prescription from a doctor at the consultation or treatment, and settle the hospital bill.

Then proceed to the pharmacy 【Window 7】for your medicine.

Your number will appear on the Display panel telling you when your medication is ready.

☆ The hospital pharmacy is reasonable, but sometimes patients have to expect a longer wait for service.

☆ Generic medicine is available on request.

Please collect your prescription from a doctor at the consultation or treatment, and settle the hospital bill.

Hand it to your neighborhood pharmacy and ask for dispensing.

Hand the prescription to any pharmacy.

☆For patients' convenience, we offer free prescription fax service for pre-notice at Fax Service Counter (Main Entrance).

☆Patients may reduce waiting time and pick up their home medication at their convenient time and location.

But convenience always costs a little bit. Also bear in mind that there is no fixed price to dispense medicine and prices slightly vary from pharmacy to pharmacy.
